Service Description
Focus on strength, posture, and alignment. Sculpt your muscles with toning and resistance exercises in this hybrid 25 minute class. Movements are derived from strength training, yoga, pilates, and ballet. All fitness levels welcome! ( Dumbbells and a chair/barre for support are recommended, however all exercises can be done without equipment.)

Cancellation Policy
Clients can cancel up to 2 hours prior to a virtual session or personal training. For morning classes, if no client is registered by 9pm the prior night, the class is subject to cancellation the following morning. For evening classes, if no client is registered by 12pm the day of, the class is subject to cancellation. Private Bookings: please contact us 24 hours in advance of the requested date of service.
